What this is, and what it is not
This is a coordination service. We do not perform private investigation field work in Florida. When a matter requires licensed PI activity, we coordinate with a licensed Florida private investigatorin our network. They deliver the field portion under their license, with their contract and their report. When the matter also has a digital component, we deliver the digital forensics portion under our own work.
Quinn coordinates the introduction. The licensed PI handles the case directly with you. That separation is intentional: it keeps each professional inside their own credential, and it gives you two specialists on a case instead of one generalist trying to do both jobs.
How the referral works
- You contact us. Phone, calendar, or email. NDA-protected from the first conversation.
- We scope the matter. Thirty-minute scoping conversation to understand the facts, the goal, and the geography.
- We make the introduction. A warm hand-off to the licensed Florida PI partner whose specialty and calendar fit the matter.
- The partner engages you. Under their license, their contract, and their fee schedule. We stay involved only if there is a digital forensics component we are also handling.
What we do, what the partner does
- Witness (Quinn): consultation, scoping, partner introduction, and any digital forensics companion work the matter calls for. Phone forensics, account recovery, OSINT, stalkerware sweeps, expert witness on the digital side.
- Licensed PI partner: all field work. Surveillance, in-person interviews, sub rosa, locate work, court-ready PI report, courtroom testimony on the field portion. Under their license, on their paper.
Who refers and who gets referred
The network serves four buyer types: individuals and families dealing with infidelity, missing persons, or stalking concerns; attorneys building cases for divorce, family law, civil litigation, or insurance defense; high-net-worth principals and family offices who need executive threat assessment, TSCM, or discreet locate work; and businesses that need pre-employment due diligence or insurance fraud surveillance.
The 8 specialty referral pages below detail how each bucket gets handled. Start at the page that matches your matter, or call us and we will route you.

Why a referral, not direct delivery
Florida treats private investigation as a separately licensed profession. The work has to be done by, or under direct supervision of, a Class C licensee. Rather than stretch our digital forensics practice into field work it was not built for, we partner with PIs who do field work all day, every day. You get the right specialist for the right portion of the matter, and the legal posture stays clean.
Pricing
Pricing varies by partner. The licensed PI sets their own rates, typically hourly with a retainer, and contracts directly with you. We do not mark up partner fees. If we are coordinating a more involved matter or running a digital forensics companion engagement, we charge separately under our own engagement letter. Most coordination conversations are billed as a short consultation; a few are free when the right next step is obvious.
