Insurance fraud field work is a licensed-PI service. We refer.
We do not perform private investigation field work in Florida. When a claims matter requires sub rosa, field statements, scene investigation, or locate work, we coordinate with a licensed Florida private investigator in our network. They run the field portion under their license, with their contract and their report. Quinn coordinates the introduction; the licensed PI handles the matter directly with retained counsel or the SIU desk.
The natural pairing on the digital side: when a matter has electronic evidence, social-media activity, medical-billing data analysis, OSINT on a claimant, or device forensics on a workers' comp dispute, we run that portion under our own work and the partner runs the field portion under theirs.
How the referral works
- Counsel or the carrier contacts us. Engagement and privilege framework set up at the first call.
- We scope the matter. Claim type, suspected pattern, restriction profile, geography, deployment window.
- We introduce the right licensed FL PI. Partner with insurance-defense surveillance volume and the equipment for the deployment.
- The partner engages directly. Their license, their contract, their report. Deliverable is formatted for SIU review or defense use.
What we do, what the partner does
- Witness (Quinn): consultation, partner introduction, and digital forensics on the matter, including OSINT on the claimant's social-media activity, device forensics where in scope, structured data analysis on healthcare-billing patterns, and expert-witness coverage on the digital portion.
- Licensed PI partner: sub rosa surveillance, video and photo evidence, claimant statements when in scope, scene investigation, locate work on subjects of interest, and the formal investigative report under their license. Court testimony on the field portion.
Who this is for
B2B only on this page. Carrier SIU desks running claim investigation on suspect files. Defense counsel retained by the carrier on workers' compensation, bodily-injury, or disability matters. Healthcare-fraud counsel and Medicare/Medicaid fraud investigations where field corroboration is required. Premium-fraud and worker-misclassification matters. Consumer-side claim assistance is not the audience for this page.
Why a referral, not direct delivery
Florida treats insurance-fraud field work as licensed-PI activity. The partner does this all day, with the equipment, the pattern recognition, and the chain-of-custody discipline that holds up under defense counsel review. We coordinate the introduction and run any digital companion analysis.

Pricing
Pricing is set by the licensed PI partner. Florida insurance-defense surveillance hourly rates typically run from one hundred to one hundred and seventy-five dollars per investigator-hour, with deployment-window budgets in the sixteen-to-forty hour range. The partner provides a written estimate before the retainer. We do not mark up partner fees. Digital companion work is billed separately under our own engagement letter.
