We do not perform private investigation field work in Florida. When a matter requires a TSCM sweep of a physical environment, we coordinate with a licensed Florida private investigator in our network who specializes in technical surveillance counter-measures. They run the sweep under their license, with calibrated equipment, and produce a written report. Quinn coordinates the introduction; we run the digital companion sweep on devices and accounts under our own work.
The pairing is the point. Most surveillance scenarios are both physical and digital. The partner clears the room and the vehicle. We clear the phone and the accounts. Together you have a clean environment, not a half-cleared one.
How the referral works
- You contact us. NDA-protected scoping conversation about the trigger and the spaces involved.
- We scope the matter. Residential, corporate, executive, vehicle. Square footage and access constraints.
- We introduce you to the right licensed FL PI. A partner with TSCM-specific equipment and casework history, not a generalist.
- Both engagements run. The partner sweeps the physical environment under their license. We run a stalkerware and account-access sweep on the connected devices under our engagement.
What we do, what the partner does
- Witness (Quinn): consultation, partner introduction, and the digital surface sweep, including stalkerware detection on phones and laptops, account-access review, smart-home device audit, network-visibility review on the home or office network, and a written digital findings report.
- Licensed PI partner: physical TSCM sweep with calibrated RF spectrum analysis, non-linear junction detection, thermal imaging, and inspection. Detection and removal of any covert audio, video, or tracking hardware found. Formal TSCM report under their license.

Pricing
Pricing is set by the licensed PI partner. Residential TSCM sweeps in Florida typically run from twenty-five hundred to seventy-five hundred dollars depending on square footage and depth. Corporate and executive office sweeps with recurring cadence are scoped per matter. The partner provides a written estimate before the retainer. We do not mark up partner fees. The digital companion sweep is billed separately under our own engagement letter, hourly.
