Infidelity surveillance is a licensed-PI service. We refer.
We do not perform private investigation field work in Florida. When a matter requires surveillance to confirm or rule out infidelity, we coordinate with a licensed Florida private investigator in our network. They run the surveillance under their license, with their contract and their report. Quinn coordinates the introduction; the licensed PI handles the case directly with you, and discreetly.
Where this gets useful is the pairing. Many infidelity matters have both a physical surveillance dimension and a digital dimension, deleted messages, hidden chat apps, secret accounts, shared-device activity. The partner runs the surveillance. We run the digital forensics. Your attorney gets a complete picture.
How the referral works
- You contact us. NDA-protected. Discreet from the first conversation.
- We scope the matter. The pattern you have noticed, the timeline, what you need to confirm or rule out.
- We introduce you to a licensed FL PI partner. Specialist in domestic surveillance with a track record in Florida family-court matters.
- The partner engages you directly. Their license, their contract, their investigative report.
What we do, what the partner does
- Witness (Quinn): consultation, scoping, partner introduction, and digital forensics, including forensic phone extraction, recovered text messages and chat history, hidden-app detection, account-access logs, and stalkerware sweeps when the matter has surveillance-of-you concerns. Expert witness on the digital portion.
- Licensed PI partner: moving and stationary surveillance, photo and video evidence, observation logs, vehicle and pattern documentation, the formal investigative report under their license, and testimony on what they personally observed.
Who this is for
Spouses and partners gathering evidence for divorce, custody, or alimony decisions. Family-law attorneys building a litigation file before mediation or trial. Prenuptial enforcement matters where infidelity is a contractual trigger. We coordinate the partner. Your attorney coordinates strategy.
Why a referral, not direct delivery
Florida Statute 493 reserves surveillance work for Class C licensees. Rather than stretch our digital forensics practice into surveillance work it was not built for, we keep the disciplines separate. You get a domestic surveillance specialist for the field portion and a digital forensics specialist for the device portion.

Pricing
Pricing is set by the licensed PI partner. Hourly rates in Florida typically run from one hundred and twenty-five to two hundred and fifty dollars per investigator-hour. A typical domestic surveillance budget starts at twenty hours and scales from there. The partner provides a written estimate before the retainer. We do not mark up partner fees. Digital forensics, when added, is billed separately under our own engagement letter.
